Abstract
The ninth volume of the Global Campus Human Rights Journal arrives in two parts, bringing together twenty-three authors from every region served by the Global Campus network. Read together, the eighteen contributions gathered here trace two connected stories: how long-standing struggles over poverty, disability, race, health, and civic space continue to test the promise of human rights protection, and how a new generation of technologies — artificial intelligence chief among them — is reshaping where those struggles are fought.
